Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this documentation website (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
This Site provides documentation and example code for the Neuro programming language. You may access and use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure.
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the Site's content without attribution.
- Use automated scraping tools in a manner that places unreasonable load on the Site.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including documentation text, code examples, and design elements, belongs to the Neuro project and its contributors. Neuro ships under the Neuro Shared Source License v2.1, which is source-available rather than OSI open source: the compiler may be used, studied, modified, and built on freely, but redistributing it commercially needs a separate licence. Example code shown in the documentation may be used for learning and for your own projects under those terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the Site will be available at all times, free of errors, or that the documentation is complete and accurate. Use of the Site and any code examples is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.
Third-party links
The Site contains links to third-party websites such as GitHub. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content, availability, or practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
